Train anti-vibration pad
Concrete track sleeper, TPEE is used as an alternative method of wooden sleeper to reduce impact to environment. It needs to absorb energy when train pass through, otherwise sleeper will suffer failure due to concrete vibration fatigue. An elastic gasket is place between the track and concrete to absorb energy.
HETROFLEX TPEE has better performance than other gasket material. The material can maintain excellent performance in a wide temperature range. It has good chemical resistance and fatigue resistance, twice serve time of than other plate materials. Because the cost of rail maintenance is reduced significantly, overall cost is much lower.
